The game and this website
Tilunzo is a push-the-crates puzzle game distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play, including downloading and updating the game, is also governed by Google’s own terms. This website provides information about the game, support pages and legal documents.
Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game, its puzzles, artwork, sounds, name and code remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not:
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the game, except where the law allows it;
- sell, rent, redistribute or sublicense the game or any part of it;
- remove or alter any notice of ownership in the game or on this website.
You may record and share videos or screenshots of your play, including on YouTube and social media, and monetise them under those platforms’ rules, as long as you do not present the game as your own.
Ads and rewards
The game shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner below the puzzle, short full-screen ads between puzzles and optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch for a hint or extra moves. Rewards are granted inside the game only, have no money value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. The game has no purchases, subscriptions or paid currency.
Ads are provided by third parties and we do not control their content. Please do not click ads repeatedly or use tools to generate ad views or clicks; this can lead to the game’s ads being disabled for everyone.
Google Play Games
If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, achievements are provided by Google under Google’s terms. Signing in is optional: the game works fully without it. We do not create or hold an account for you.
Acceptable use
When using the game or this website, you agree not to:
- interfere with the game’s servers or services, including the settings file the game downloads from tilunzo.com;
- use cheats, bots, modified versions of the game or automation to play or to generate ad traffic;
- attempt to bypass Google Play’s integrity checks or the game’s consent and age settings;
- use the game or website for anything unlawful.
Updates and availability
We may update the game at any time to fix problems, change puzzles or features, or adjust how ads and hints work. Some updates are delivered through Google Play; some settings change through a small file the game downloads when it starts. Older versions may stop working when we require an update. We may also stop offering the game or this website, in whole or in part, at any time. Your progress is stored on your device and is not backed up by us.
Privacy
How the game and this website handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
No warranty
The game and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including rights you have as a consumer.
Ending these terms
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms. Sections about ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law continue to apply afterwards.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you additional protection, those protections still apply to you.
