Summary
- No accounts. You do not sign up or log in.
- No personal details. The game does not collect your name, email address, contacts or location.
- Your progress stays on your phone. Progress and settings are saved on your device.
- Google services. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, and usage analytics by Google Analytics for Firebase. These services collect device-level data, as described below.
Data stored on your device
The game saves the following on your phone so it can remember where you are:
- your puzzle progress and best number of moves;
- your settings: sound, music, larger text, haptics, reminders and language;
- whether you have bought Remove ads.
This information is not sent to us. It is deleted when you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the game.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads through Google AdMob:
- Optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch to get a hint or 5 extra moves.
- Interstitial ads (full-screen ads) before some restarts.
To show, measure and (where allowed) personalise ads, and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:
- device identifiers, such as the advertising ID or app set ID;
- your IP address;
- device and app information;
- ad interaction data.
Your ad choices
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent using Google’s consent tool (the User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy choices.
Everywhere else, you can opt out of personalised ads or reset your advertising ID in your phone’s settings.

Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played and to improve the puzzles. The game records events such as:
- app opens;
- puzzles started and completed, and moves used;
- hints and restarts;
- ads shown and their result;
- changes to settings and language;
- the result of the notification permission request;
- purchases of Remove ads (without payment details).
Firebase also collects an app instance ID, device model, operating system version, app version, approximate country or region (derived from your IP address) and language. We do not send names, email addresses or precise location.
This data is processed by Google; see Privacy and Security in Firebase. Event-level data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics (2 months by default); aggregated reports are kept longer.
Reminders (local notifications)
If you allow notifications, the game schedules up to two reminders on your phone, after about 3 and 7 days away. They are created and shown on your device. There is no notification server, and no data is sent to us.
To turn reminders off, use Settings › Reminders in the game, or turn off notifications for Tilunzo in your phone’s settings.
Purchases
Remove ads is bought through Google Play, and Google processes the payment. We only receive whether the purchase exists. We never receive your card details.
Children
The game is not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required in your country). If you think a child has provided personal information, please contact us at support@tilunzo.com.
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on:
- consent for personalised ads, given through the consent tool;
- legitimate interests for analytics, non-personalised ads, fraud prevention and security, where permitted.
Sharing
We share data only with Google, as described above: Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Play. We do not sell personal information, as “selling” is defined in US state privacy laws. Google’s own policies apply to Google’s processing.
International transfers
Google may process data outside your country, under its own safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access to, deletion of, or objection to the processing of your personal information.
Because the game has no accounts, we usually cannot link data to you. You can:
- reset your advertising ID in your phone’s settings;
- change your ad consent in Settings › Privacy choices, where it is shown;
- clear the app’s data, or uninstall the game.
For any other request, contact support@tilunzo.com.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. The Google SDKs send data over encrypted connections.
Emails to us
If you email support@tilunzo.com, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. If you ask to test the game before launch, we also add the Gmail address you give us to the closed test in Google Play. We delete it when you ask us to, or when the test ends.
This website
tilunzo.com sets no cookies and shows no ads. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or local storage and does not follow you across other sites. It records page views without identifying you: the page and the page that linked to it, browser, device type, country and how fast the page loaded. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may also process technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
The game itself downloads a small settings file from tilunzo.com when it starts (for example, how often it may suggest turning on reminders). The request sends no personal information; like any visit, Cloudflare may process its technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
