How do I remove ads?
Open Settings › Remove ads. It is a one-time purchase through Google Play, and it removes the ads shown before restarts.
Optional rewarded ads stay available, so you can still watch one when you want an extra hint or 5 more moves.
How do I restore my Remove ads purchase?
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure your phone is signed in to Google Play with the same Google account you used to buy Remove ads. If it still does not work, email support@tilunzo.com.
How do I turn reminders off?
Switch off Settings › Reminders in the game, or turn off notifications for Tilunzo in your phone’s settings. The game sends at most two reminders: after about 3 and 7 days away.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Open Settings › Privacy choices. This option is shown where it is required, for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
You can also opt out of personalised ads or reset your advertising ID in your phone’s settings. The exact menu names depend on your phone. Read more in our privacy policy.
How do I delete my game data?
Your progress and settings are stored only on your phone. To delete them, clear the app’s storage in your phone’s settings (usually under Apps, then Tilunzo, then Storage), or uninstall the game.
This cannot be undone: your puzzle progress will start again from the beginning. A Remove ads purchase is kept by Google Play, so you can get it back with Restore purchases.
Which languages does Tilunzo support?
English, Español (Spanish), Português (Portuguese), Deutsch (German) and Français (French). You can change the language in Settings › Language.
I am stuck on a puzzle. What can I do?
Tap Hint. Your first hint on each puzzle is free, and you can get more by watching an optional ad. You can also Undo a move or Restart the puzzle at any time.
How can I test Tilunzo before it launches?
Email support@tilunzo.com with the Gmail address you use on Google Play on an Android phone. We add testers to the closed test in Google Play and reply with a link to join. Testers get new versions before everyone else; we use your address only for the test and remove it when you ask or when the test ends.
